QuickFreeze QFM Training —
Visual STYLE Options

Now that we’re shooting entirely in a controlled environment (instead of on a busy, freezing client site), we have the option to elevate the look of the training piece if desired.

The core content stays the same — the difference is simply how much visual polish you want to bring to it.

Below are three clear style paths to choose from so we can lock the production approach before scheduling.

MOODY OPTION

Cinematic + Stylized

(Higher Spend - adds $15k)

This approach uses a full lighting team to create a controlled, dramatic environment — a literal “studio within the warehouse.” Expect intentional contrast, motivated edges, and a more atmospheric, high-end feel.

Best if:

  • You’d like the training to have a strong visual identity

  • You want the piece to double as a flagship, evergreen brand asset

  • You want to take full advantage of shooting in a controlled space

  • You prefer a stylized, more dramatic look

Notes:

  • Requires a larger lighting footprint, crew support, and set-up time

  • Most “elevated” look of the three options

Adds $15k to the budget

BALANCED OPTION

CLEAN + PROFESSIONAL

(Moderate Spend - adds $7.5-10k)

A refined middle ground. Still uses a medium-sized crew and light shaping to ensure consistency and polish — but without the fully stylized moody setup.

Best if:

  • You want the training to look clean, modern, and brand-aligned

  • You want solid production quality with an efficient footprint

  • You prefer a professional, approachable look

Notes:

  • More intentional than baseline

  • Less footprint/set-up time than Moody

NO INCREASE OPTION

Straightforward Training Look

(Original Budget Bucket - adds $0)

This aligns with the original production plan: Simple interview-style lighting for the dashboard/talking-head moments, plus a few mobile lights (softbox, backlight, tube) to shape b-roll.

It’s clear, instructional, and functional — just without the enhanced shaping and consistency of the other two options.

Best if:

  • Straightforward visuals meet internal needs

  • Maintaining the original budget is the priority

Notes:

  • Small crew

  • Relies more on available light and simple tools

  • Still controlled and clean, just more minimal

All three options deliver the exact same training content — the decision is simply how polished you want the visuals to be.

Happy to walk through these and help determine the best fit before locking crew and production dates.
